## Über dieses Event

As extra motivation for the [Strava Challenge](https://www.strava.com/clubs/2366887) we’ve teamed up with [AYUN](https://www.ayun.ch/) for a special 5 km community run led by **Coach Nick **followed by sauna and cold plunge at AYUN. Sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot/cold shower will be available.

#### Timing:


- 17:30 arrive at AYUN (drop bags/change)
- ⁠17:45 start run
- ⁠18:25 finish run
- ⁠18:30 - 19:10 contrast therapy
- ⁠19:10 - 19:25 shower and departure

Spaces limited so make sure to register if interested!

#### Notes:

- run will be approximately 5 km at an easy 6:30/45 min/km pace (or whatever suits the group best)
- Make sure to pack a towel and swimsuit for sauna/cold plunge.
