Longevity Miami is a free, science based community for anyone who takes their health as seriously as their lifestyle. The sun, the ocean, and year round outdoor living set the stage, but beneath the surface Miami has become a fast growing hub of biohackers, health tech founders, and longevity minded people building something real.

We run regular free meetups, expert talks, and hands on workshops on biological age, biohacking, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, with a research first perspective that goes deeper than the surface. The crowd is a mix of doctors, entrepreneurs, athletes, and curious beginners, whether they live here full time or pass through often. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees. Just honest, science based conversations about what actually works under the Florida sun, and a community that shows up.
