# Warsaw

Longevity Warsaw is a free, science-based community for people in Warsaw who want to stay healthy for longer. It is a new chapter of Longevity Cities that is being founded now, and it aims to bring Varsovians together for meetups, walks and expert talks on movement, sleep, nutrition, recovery and stress.

No events have been published yet, so the founding group still shapes the start. Warsaw has plenty of natural settings for it: the Vistula Boulevards for a riverside walk or ride, or Łazienki Park for an easy morning stroll followed by coffee. Founding members and co-organisers are wanted, and the first meetups will be announced on this page.

To be part of it from the beginning, create a free account and follow this page and the events calendar. You can introduce yourself, share a topic or offer help through the platform’s contact page. Longevity Warsaw is a community, not a longevity clinic: it is a place to learn, compare notes on tests and ask questions, not to be diagnosed or treated.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Longevity Warsaw?

Longevity Warsaw is the Warsaw chapter of Longevity Cities, a free and non-commercial community for healthy ageing that is currently forming. It is meant as a local place for people in Warsaw who want to learn about longevity, meet others with similar questions and turn a broad subject into habits that fit daily life. No specialist knowledge required.

### Are there longevity events or meetups in Warsaw yet?

Not yet: Longevity Warsaw is at the founding stage and no events have been published so far. When the first meetup is set, its date, meeting point and registration details will appear on this page and in the events calendar. Which format opens the chapter is still open, so you are welcome to suggest one, whether a riverside walk, a talk or an evening to swap questions.

### How can I help shape Longevity Warsaw?

Create a free account and introduce yourself through the platform's contact page. Tell us what you could bring: a topic such as recovery, food or how to separate personal stories from research, a venue idea, or hands-on help with organising. Founding members and co-organisers are wanted, and a first question from a newcomer is just as useful as an offer of help.

### Is there a longevity clinic or longevity center in Warsaw?

Warsaw has private medical centres that offer preventive check-ups, but Longevity Warsaw is not one of them: we are a free community and do not diagnose or treat. Longevity check-ups typically combine a blood panel, fitness testing such as VO2max, body composition and sometimes an epigenetic age test. Prices vary widely, so ask which tests are guideline-based and what each result would change before you pay.

### Where can I test my biological age in Warsaw?

In Warsaw you can use an epigenetic test sent by post, have blood markers checked through a doctor or private lab, or measure fitness markers like VO2max and grip strength. Costs differ widely between providers, so ask what is included. Different epigenetic clocks give different answers, so treat a result as a snapshot. On this site the face-age test, VO2max calculator and grip-strength test are free.

### Where can I find a biohacking or longevity community in Warsaw?

Longevity Warsaw is forming as a free place in Warsaw to talk about biohacking, longevity and healthy living with an evidence filter. Until the first meetup you can join the wider Longevity Cities community with a free account and follow this page. Planned topics are open: suggest recovery, food or how to spot the difference between a study and a testimonial.

### How can I meet new people in Warsaw who care about healthy living?

Joining the founding group of Longevity Warsaw is a good way in: nobody has an established circle yet, so everyone is a newcomer and conversation comes easily. All adults are welcome. Follow this page for the first date, and use the contact page to say hello or suggest a simple first meetup such as a walk along the Vistula Boulevards.

### Will Longevity Warsaw meetups be in Polish or English?

That is not decided yet, as no meetups are scheduled. Every event listing will state its language, so you know before you register. If you would prefer Polish, English or a mix, or you can help run events in either language, mention it when you introduce yourself through the platform's contact page. It directly shapes how the founding group plans.

### Does Longevity Warsaw cost anything?

No, Longevity Warsaw is free to join, and so is the platform account with its free tools such as the VO2max calculator and the protein calculator. Later, single meetups may have costs like a coffee, a meal or a venue fee, and each listing will state them before you register. A stroll along the Vistula costs nothing.
