## About this event

**Longevity Stammtisch – August Edition**

For our August edition, we are heading to the iconic Deutsche Eiche to explore, if traditional Bavarian dining and a longevity mindset can go hand in hand. With Wiesn right around the corner, this is the perfect time to get together and talk about how to navigate the Wiesn season without going completely off-track.

Join us for a relaxed evening to connect with fellow health enthusiasts and nerd out about preventive health, nutrition, biohacking, and everyday vitality.

**When:** Saturday, 29th August 2026, 7:00 PM onwards

**Where:** Restaurant Deutsche Eiche, Munich

**Capacity:** limited to 20 spots

Looking forward to seeing you there! 💙
