Start your Saturday with movement and delicious cake. 🏃☕🍰

Join us on **Saturday, October 17, 2026**, for our next **Longevity Berlin Community Run**, this time in partnership with **Fit Cake**.

We’ll meet at Fit Cake’s Telegraphenamt location at **10:00 AM**. You’ll have time to arrive, leave your bag, use the restroom, and meet the group before we begin our warm-up at **10:15 AM**.

Right after the warm-up, we’ll head out together for a relaxed **6–7 km run** at a pace of around **6:30 min/km**.

Afterwards, we’ll return to Fit Cake to unwind and connect. Everyone joining the run will receive **10% off coffee and cake**, including handmade cakes made without refined sugar and a variety of gluten-free options.

**Hannah** is a Medical Student and FNF Scholar at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. She is the Run Captain for Longevity Berlin.

**Carlos** is a Work Management & ITSM Consultant, former TEDx Organizer, and Breathwork Teacher & Coach in training. He is one of the Chapter Leads for Longevity Berlin.
