Aujourd'hui Demain is France's first 100% vegan concept store, at 42 Rue du Chemin Vert in Paris's 11th arrondissement. Opened in November 2017, it fills 150 square meters across four sections: an organic grocery (epicerie), ethical fashion (mode), green cosmetics (cosmetique) and a bookstore (librairie). It also hosts events such as film screenings, pop-ups, tastings and book signings. Its full sit-down dining has moved to a sister restaurant, Present, a short walk away; the Chemin Vert address now offers a reduced takeaway menu of sandwiches and homemade pastries, plus custom cakes to order with 72 hours notice. Metro access via Bastille, Richard Lenoir, Chemin Vert and Saint-Ambroise.
