Radieschen is an organic-certified vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, in business since 1996. The kitchen follows a "contemporary nutrition with joy" idea: nearly all ingredients come from organic agriculture (Bio certification DE-OEKO-007), with no flavour enhancers or artificial colourings, and dishes sweetened only with honey or whole cane sugar.
