Dr. Elisabeth Roider is a physician-scientist, entrepreneur, and investor at the forefront of preventive and longevity medicine. She is the Strategic and Medical Advisor to the Nescens Clinique (Switzerland), a leading institution in longevity and preventive medicine. In this role, she contributes to the development of next-generation medical programs, combining integrative medicine, advanced diagnostics, and international healthcare expertise to optimize healthspan through personalized, science-driven care. Alongside her advisory role at Nescens, Elisabeth holds academic leadership positions at Harvard and the University of Basel, where she leads translational research in pigmentation biology, mitochondrial resilience, RNA therapeutics, and the health economics of prevention. Her work bridges basic science and clinical application and has resulted in patents, high-impact publications in journals such as Cell, Nature, and The Lancet, and novel clinical insights, including the first detection of SARS-CoV-2 in skin.
