About Patrick Kramer
After more than 15 years as an international management consultant, a personal burnout led him to ask how performance, health and self-efficacy truly emerge. This search developed into an intensive journey through biohacking, biomarkers, wearables, neurotechnology, longevity and consciousness work.
Today, Patrick Kramer represents an expanded understanding of biohacking: not only supplements, routines and longevity, but the conscious shaping of the human being at the intersection of body, mind and technology.
