About Jessica Schönebeck
Jessica Schönebeck — known to her community as Jess — is a Hamburg-based yoga teacher and health coach. She holds a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT 500) with a 200-hour training completed in Ecuador and a 300-hour Yoga Alliance training in India, and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, IIN).
Jess leads the Healthy & Happy in Hamburg community — more than 1,000 members with a 4.9/5 rating — offering outdoor and indoor yoga classes spanning Hatha and Vinyasa styles, meditation, pranayama and breathwork workshops, plus one-on-one health coaching.
