What is Longevity Hamburg?

Longevity Hamburg is a free, science based community for people in the north who care about healthspan, biohacking, and prevention. We bring together curious Hamburgers through regular meetups, expert talks, and community challenges, in the same pragmatic, straight-talking spirit the city is known for. Anyone who wants to live longer and better is welcome, with no fees and no prior knowledge needed.

Is Longevity Hamburg a longevity club or a health club?

Think of us as a longevity club in the community sense, not a paid gym or private health club. Membership is free and open to everyone in the Hamburg area. We are not a clinic and we sell nothing. What you get is a real network of like minded people across the city, regular events, and honest, science based information about longevity.

Where can I find longevity doctors, clinics or treatments in Hamburg?

We are a community, not a medical provider, so we do not offer treatments or run a longevity clinic. Hamburg does have a growing scene of longevity doctors, labs, and preventive medicine practices, and our members regularly compare notes on who is worth seeing. Yes. Longevity Hamburg is completely free, and almost all of our events are free too. We believe longevity knowledge and community should not sit behind a paywall, so there is never a membership fee to take part.

Where can I test my biological age in Hamburg (DEXA, VO2max, bloodwork)?

Hamburg has plenty of options for DEXA scans, VO2max testing, and longevity bloodwork, and members often share recommendations and group discounts. Our community Spots map highlights labs, gyms, and studios around the city, and we sometimes organise group testing at events. Ask in the community and you will get honest, first hand pointers.

Does Longevity Hamburg host community runs or sports events?

Yes. Alongside talks and meetups, the Hamburg calendar regularly features movement formats: community runs along the Alster, mobility and strength sessions, or cold exposure in winter.
