Longevity Berlin

Longevity Berlin is a free, science based community for anyone in the capital who wants to add healthy years to their life. Berlin doesn't do things halfway, and that includes health. The city that reinvents itself every decade is now home to a growing scene of people rethinking how we age, from Charite researchers to Kreuzberg freelancers who just want to sleep better.

We run regular free meetups, deep-dive talks, and workshops that go beyond surface-level wellness: sessions on biological age, circadian biology, metabolic health, biohacking, cold exposure, and the newest aging research. The crowd is as international as the city itself, curious beginners, doctors, founders, and long-time trackers. No gatekeeping, no guru culture, no fees.
