What is a longevity community?

A longevity community is a group of people who come together to learn, practice, and share evidence-based strategies for living longer and healthier lives. Unlike online-only forums, a true longevity community meets in person — hosting events, workshops, and social activities that turn scientific research into daily habits.

Members range from biohackers and doctors to everyday people curious about nutrition, sleep, exercise, and biological age testing. The shared goal is simple: extend healthspan — the number of years lived in good health — through community support and collective knowledge.

Our longevity community spans multiple cities and countries, offering free community meetups, curated health content and free tools for exploring health habits and perceived facial age. Explore our articles →

Frequently asked questions

What is a longevity community?
A longevity community is a group of people who share the goal of living longer, healthier lives through science-based practices. Members meet in person and online to attend events, share knowledge, and support each other's health journeys.
How do I join the longevity community?
Joining is free. Simply create an account on our website, find the chapter nearest to you, and start attending events. No fees, no subscriptions.
Is it free?
Joining and our own community meetups are free. Partner events may require tickets. Check each event listing for tickets and any food, travel or activity costs.
What events do you organise?
Our chapters organise free community meetups such as runs, cold plunges, yoga, expert talks and workshops. We also list partner events, which may have their own tickets and conditions.
Where are your chapters?
We have active chapters across multiple cities and countries. Visit our Chapters page to find the one nearest to you, or start your own chapter.
What is biological age testing?
Clinical biological-age tests use laboratory markers, such as epigenetic clocks. Our Face Age tool estimates perceived facial age; the Pace of Aging Test is a lifestyle questionnaire. Neither measures clinical biological age or replaces medical assessment.
