After recently moving to Germany to pursue my MSc Digital Health, I've become increasingly interested in one's own relationship with their body and mind, what truly helps people live well and not just longer. Longevity, to me, is about health, resilience, meaningful relationships, curiosity, and joy. I'm fascinated by the science behind it and equally interested in meeting people who enjoy exchanging ideas, trying new experiences, and building a healthier future together.
