What is Longevity Atlanta?
Longevity Atlanta is a free, science-based community for people in Atlanta who want to stay healthy for longer. The Atlanta chapter of Longevity Cities is being founded right now. It is for anyone curious about movement, sleep, nutrition, stress and good relationships, with or without a science or health background.
No meetups have been published yet, so the first ones will be shaped by the founding group. Natural settings are places Atlanta already knows: an easy walk on the Eastside Trail of the Beltline, a Saturday morning at Piedmont Park, a long lunch conversation in a neighborhood cafe. Founding members and co-organizers are welcome to propose formats, venues and dates.
Joining is free: create an account and follow this page, where the first meetups will be announced. Longevity Atlanta is a community, not a longevity clinic or test provider. Until then, try the free tools on the site, such as the VO2max calculator or the grip-strength test, and bring your questions to the group.
